Dear Friendship Members,

Our next meeting will not be a regular meeting. In fact, it will be a once-in-a-year type of meeting, as we will be having our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to elect the 7 Club Officers for term 2011/2012. The 7 Club Officers positions are

 

President
Vice President of Education
Vice President of Membership
Vice President of Public Relations
Secretary
Treasurer

Sergeant at Arms 

The 7 members of Friendship who will be elected for the above positions will be honouring their Toastmaster’s Promise to serve my club as an officer when called upon to do so. Immediate Past President Ben will be announcing the nominations for the above positions soon.

 

Please join us at this AGM as we require a quorum of at least 50% of our members attendance for this election to be valid, as required by Toastmasters International ruling.

 

I will be sending out the program agenda for the AGM in a few days' time. In the meantime, please clear your schedule for 3 May 7 PM to join us at our AGM, at Bukit Kiara.

 

We are looking forward to meeting up with everyone on 3 May.
